CTMS - FBLA students are currently participating in the Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) Retreat, a training proudly offered by our Pima JTED. During this retreat, students are gaining valuable knowledge in parliamentary procedures, treasury policies, and other essential CTSO practices . This opportunity allows our students to grow as future leaders. Special thanks to Josie Nuno for her dedication and guidance as the Middle School FBLA Advisor.

Flag Football Attends ASU vs Texas State Football Game! For one last team build before the season kicks off, Rio Rico flag football traveled to ASU yesterday to catch a game. Coach Duran received tickets for the team as a thank you for attending ASU's coaching clinic. The Hawks were one of a few teams in attendance including: Marcos de Niza, Coronado, North Canyon and Horizon High Schools. The Hawks will open its inaugural season on Tuesday against Pueblo.

The RRHS-JROTC Marksmanship Team proudly participated in the Flowing Wells competition, showcasing their skills and dedication. Our cadets represented Rio Rico High School with discipline and commitment throughout the event. Special thanks to 1SG Moore for always traveling with our students and supporting their success. RRHS - CTE is always providing hands-on experiences.

The Rio Rico High School Marching Band and the Coatimundi Middle School Band performed stand tunes at the Santa Cruz County Fair for residents of Santa Cruz County. A day filled with music, community, and school spirit! With other musical groups that performed as well, with food, agriculture show case, carnival rides, and more!

Rio Rico High School / Future Farmers of America are preparing their livestock for showcase at the Santa Cruz County Fair. Our students will proudly present Steer, Lambs, Goats, Pigs, and Chickens they have raised and cared for. Showcase results will be posted soon, stay tuned!
