21st Century Community Learning Centers

The Mountain View afterschool program is funded by a Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Title IV‐B program federal grant from the U.S. Department of Education and administered by the Arizona Department of Education. The 21st Century program provides students with academic support in reading and math, it also offers enrichment opportunities that encourage students to explore their interests. This year we offer STEAM, Outdoor Sports, Robotics, Crafts, Tennis, Cheer, Culture Club, Dance, Indoor Games, and Music. The afterschool program will begin in the middle of September and end in April.

El programa 21st Century brinda a los estudiantes apoyo académico en lectura y matemáticas, y también ofrece oportunidades de enriquecimiento que alientan a los estudiantes a explorar sus intereses. Este año ofrecemos STEAM, deportes al aire libre, robótica, manualidades, tenis, porristas, club cultural, danza, juegos y música. El programa extracurricular comenzará a mediados de septiembre y finalizará en abril.
